The prayer is to stop departmental enquiry. We have perused representation sent by petitioner on 13-04-2017. The representation shows an effort to somehow delay the same. Earlier Civil Court was approached and enquiry was stayed.

Provisions of Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977 and 1981 Rules framed thereunder apply to the enquiry. In this situation, when enquiry is still going on, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction.
