By present application, the applicant is seeking to dispense with filing of typed copies of Annexures-H, I and J.

We have gone through said annexures and find that the documents so furnished are not legible.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that some document are photographs.

True it is that some documents are photographs, but, the photographs contains a board having some thing written on it, which is not legible, and therefore, Registry has taken objection.

It will be in the interest of the applicant himself to file typed copies of the documents. 7.

Accordingly, Criminal Application is rejected, with a direction to the applicant to furnish typed copies of Annexures-H, I and J, within a period of one week. List the matter for further consideration on 12.08.2025.
