Heard.

The accused is apprehending arrest in Crime 71 of 2018 registered at the Bela Police Station for offence punishable under section 436 of the Indian Penal Code. The offence is registered on the basis of complaint lodged by Rajkumar Kamdi. The First Information Report lodged by Rajkumar Kamdi names one prashant Pahone as the person who allegedly burnt down his cattle shed. The applicant is not named in the First Information Report.

I have perused the case diary. At this stage, there is absolutely no material against the present applicant to connect him with the crime. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has criminal antecedents.

The interim order dated 22.5.2018 is confirmed. The applicant shall attend Police Station Bela every Saturday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till the filing of the chargesheet.

The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner. JUDGE RSB
