After hearing, we find that the directions issued by this Court have been complied with. Effort of the petitioner is to demonstrate that compliance has not been made within the stipulated time. However, the proposal has been rejected on merits.

In this situation, as we do not see any deliberate effort to disobey the orders of this Court, we are not inclined to proceed further with the matter.

Order 2508cp164.15 With liberty to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, in accordance with law, we dispose of the present Contempt Petition. No costs.
