This is an application for passing appropriate orders to get an amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- from the amount of Rs. 2 Crores deposited in this court. 2.

The applicant/purchaser No. 6 had entered into an agreement with one Vijay Tulshiram Dangre to purchase a duplex bungalow, which was to be constructed on Plot No. 49, admeasuring 1248.55 square feet for a total consideration of Rs. 9,00,000/-, which subsequently increased to Rs. 12,48,550/-.

The present applicant/purchaser No. 6 had deposited an amount of Rs. 4,50,000/-. While releasing the applicant Vijay Tulshiram Dangre on anticipatory bail, this court has directed him to deposit some of Rs. 2 crores in this court.

During the pendency of the investigation, he entered into an agreement with some of the intervenors, rkn

66aba65.2019.odt and the present applicant, namely Vijay Yevatkar, is one of them. The said Vijay Tulshiram Dangre has filed an affidavit to that extent and contended that he has settled the dispute with applicant Vijay Yevatkar and he has agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- out of Rs. 2 Crores, which is deposited in the Court.

In view of that, the present application is filed by the Vijay Yevatkar for receiving the said amount from the Court.

On perusal of the affidavit filed by Vijay Dangre it is seen that the present applicant, Vijay Yevatkar, is entitled to receive the amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed.

Applicant - Vijay Yevatkar is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- from the amount of Rs. 2 Crores deposited in this Court.

The office to disburse the said amount of Rs. 6,50,000/- to the applicant Vijay Yevatkar on due identification and verification.

9.

The criminal application (APPP) No. 872/2024 is disposed of.
