After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers and considering the evidence and the criminal antecedents against the present applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

Considering the various trials are pending before the trial Court, liberty is granted to the applicant to
