Coram : R.K. Deshpande & Mrs. Swapna Joshi, JJ. Date : 4 th July, 2017 It is reported by Shri Jamal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that the petitioner has expired in the year 2014 itself and the intimation of which is received recently by him.

The respondents had deposited an amount of Rs.2,97,608/- in this Court, which was withdrawn by the petitioner on 2-5-2001. The petitioner had also withdrawn the further amount of Rs.72,878/- deposited by the petitioners, on 15-2-2005 upon furnishing a surety to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this Court, as per the order dated 10-10-2000 passed by this Court.
