Learned A.P.P., on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the trial Court on the ground that offences under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments Act), 1999 have been added and that while granting bail by learned Sessions court, the said offences were not added against the non applicants.

Permission is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
