Despite the service upon the petitioner to engage another lawyer of his choice, till date, the petitioner has not engaged any lawyer.

In this case, the notice to engage lawyer was served upon the petitioner in the month of August, 2023 and thereafter, the matter was listed before this Court on 25.08.2023, 15.09.2023 and 26.10.2023. However, none appeared any of the above dates on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Today the matter is listed under the caption for 'dismissal'.

Thus, considering the fact that, sufficient opportunity was granted to the petitioner and despite this, he has not engaged any lawyer of his choice in the present matter to represent him, it appears that, the petitioner is not interested in pursing the present writ petition.
