By this petition, the petitioners challenge the rejection of the proposal for appointment of the petitioner no.2 as a Physical Training Instructor in the school run by the petitioner no.1-society. The respondent no.2-Divisional Social Welfare Officer, has filed an affidavit-in-reply. It is stated in the affidavit-in-reply that if the petitioner no.1-society submits the proposal of the petitioner no.2, approval would be granted, as directed by the order dated 14.6.2011. Shri Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioner no.1 would send the proposal for appointment of the petitioner no.2 on the post of Physical Training Instructor, within a period of 15 days. The respondent no.2 should consider granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner no.2, within a period of 15 days, from the receipt of the proposal.

We dispose of the writ petition, by accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.2 in the affidavit-inreply, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
