DATED : DECEMBER 7, 2017 This application is filed by appellant for stay to effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 14/1/2016 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No. 47/2010. Shri Dahat, learned Counsel for appellant, makes a statement that he has received cheque from appellant Corporation in respect of entire decretal amount and same will be deposited with the Registry of this Court during the course of day.

In view of statement made as aforesaid, application is allowed subject to appellants depositing cheque of entire decretal amount. On appellants depositing entire decretal amount, there shall be stay to effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award as referred above pending appeal.
