Heard learned counsel for applicant. Applicant is living at Akola with her parents. She has one child of two years old.

Respondent-husband has filed proceedings for restitution of conjugal in the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Applicant has filed two proceedings in the Court at Akola - one for grant of maintenance and the other under the Domestic Violence Act. She states that she will find it difficult for her to travel with her child to Mumbai to attend the proceedings.

Since none appears for respondent and no reply is filed, I am inclined to accept the request of applicant. 4.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause

(1) thereof. No costs.
