This is an application for grant of leave to file an appeal against judgment and award passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.47/2010 dated 14.1.2016. 2.

Having heard learned counsel Shri J.B. Kasat for the applicant and gone through the contents of the application, I find that the case is made out for grant of leave to file appeal. 3.
