We direct Mr. A. S. Fulzele, Additional Government Pleader to waive service of notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.

It is the case of the petitioner, that the respondent vide order dated 28.07.2022 has decided the grievance of the petitioner, however the directions were issued to the Municipal Commissioner, Amravati, instead of Divisional Commissioner, which were sought. It is further claimed that the request for correction to that effect is pending consideration with the respondent with effect from 23.01.2023.

That being so, we permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission, Mumbai, on 21.01.2025. We request the respondent to deal with the said claim of the petitioner expeditiously.

The petitioner to communicate this order to the respondent. 6.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
