After hearing, we find that violation of compromisedecree recorded by permanent Lok Adalat in mediation is the dispute raised in the petition. If there is violation, the petitioner has got remedy of executing the compromise through competent Civil Court. If he has got any other grievance in relation thereto, he can point out the same in those proceedings. We, therefore, find petition erroneous and misconceived.

The petition is rejected.
