Narnaware, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, states that as the petitioner has reached the age of superannuation on 31.12.2015 and retired, he is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. He, therefore, requests for disposing of the petition as not pressed.

Shri N.S. Rao, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1, 3 & 4 has no objection if the petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Nobody appears for respondent No. 2.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
