By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the constitution of the inquiry committee under Rules 36 and 37 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981.

Shri Shende, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the services of the petitioner are terminated and the petitioner has filed an appeal against the said order before the School Tribunal.
