The present application is filed by the applicant/accused for anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the Crime No.189/2023 registered with Police Station Yashodhara, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant for some time and on perusal of the investigating papers, it reveals that the applicant/accused was holding weapon like rafter in his hand and prima facie material from the investigation papers it reveals that present applicant has played vital role in the alleged incident. Therefore, Court has expressed that Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest. On this expression, the learned Counsel for the

Permission is granted to withdraw the application. In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel, the application disposed of, as withdrawn.
