CORAM : SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK AND MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.
DATED : JULY 20, 2016.
Shri Khan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the writ petition but is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the concerned respondents in not supplying the documents to the petitioner despite the directions of the Central Administrative Tribunal. It is stated that a direction may be issued to the respondents to conclude the inquiry, at the earliest.
On the motion made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the writ petition, with no order as to costs. The respondents should ensure that the documents are supplied to the petitioner and the respondents should also conclude the inquiry within two months, as the retiral benefits of the petitioner are held up. Order accordingly. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande, PA
