Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to file this appeal challenging the decision in Land Acquisition Case No.42/2005, decided on 13/07/2012.

The civil application stands disposed of.

Civil Application [CAF] No.1701/2015 :- Since the civil application has already been allowed as per the order dated 02/09/2015, no further orders are required to be passed on it.

caf.1611.15 2/2 Civil Application [CAF] No.1702/2015 :- Heard the learned Counsels for the respective parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

There shall be stay in terms of prayer (A) of the civil application, which shall continue to operate pending the decision of the appeal.

The appellant to deposit the entire decretal amount in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which, the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

The civil application stands disposed of.

First Appeal Stamp No.11034/2015 :- Heard the learned Counsels for the respective parties.

ADMIT.
