The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 483/2020 registered with Police Station Katol, District Nagpur for offence punishable under section 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The crime is registered on the basis of report lodged by the father of the injured, Mr. Yunus Ali. 3.

The substratum of the report is that Gulam Ali was assaulted by the applicant and two others namely Salman Jafari and Irfan Jafari.

The only role attributed to the applicant herein is that he dealt with a fists blow on the nose of Gulam Ali. 5.

The co-accused, who are attributed more serious role are already arrested and one of them Salman is

The investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed.

7.

The interim pre-arrest protection granted vide order dated 08.10.2020 is made absolute.
