DATED : 20 th JUNE, 2024 This is an application for grant of permission to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. It is submitted that the applicant/respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 75% amount on usual undertaking and 25% amount on furnishing solvent surety.

In view of the facts, the application is allowed as under :
