DATE : 11th JULY, 2022 These are applications filed on behalf of the petitioners to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.3, who died during pendency of the petition. Since the application for bringing on record legal representatives was moved after a period of 90 days, the same is placed before this Court for consideration as per rule. Strictly speaking, an application for condonation of delay was not necessary. Nonetheless, this Court has perused the contents of the application.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Delay is condoned and the petitioners are permitted to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.3, as per details stated in the application. 3.

Amendment be carried out within one week.
