DATE : 22/09/2021 The appellant has challenged the order of acquittal passed in Regular Criminal Case No. 1604/2015 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the matrimonial dispute has been amicably settled and the applicant (victim) does not wish to challenge the order of acquittal, the appeal is, therefore, permitted to be withdrawn.
