DATE : 02.12.2025 This petition is arising out of a dispute between the landlord and tenant. Today, both the landlord and tenant, are personally appeared before me. Both were identified by their respective counsel. 2.

The petitioner and respondent has entered into the terms of settlement dated 13.11.2025, which is duly signed by the petitioner as well as the respondent so also, same is verified by their respective counsel. 3.

The said terms of settlement dated 13.11.2025 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

I have personally asked both the parties, whether they are ready to abide the terms which are incorporated in the settlement. Both have stated that with due diligence they have signed the settlement and will abide the same.

In view of above, petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 13.11.2025 and the judgment and decree passed by the learned District Judge - 11, Nagpur is modified in the terms of settlement of the parties.
