2.

It is brought to our notice by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that Writ Petition No.2807/2025 initiated in relation to one of the aspects of the subject matter is pending consideration before this court.

3.

Mr. Thakare, fairly concedes that in the said petition, petitioners are not party and as such, they have approached through present petition. He would further claim that he is seeking identical relief Prity

2 / 2 923a.wp3265.2025 like the one granted by the State Government in favour of similarly placed employees vide order dated 30/09/2024.

4.

The fact remains that the petitioners were declared surplus in 2023 and have joined their service wherefrom their services are transferred and sought to be absorbed in other school.

5.

The petitioners' right to continue at the place of temporary absorption pursuant to the order dated 14/08/2023 can be looked into either in Writ Petition No.2807/2025 wherein the petitioners can intervene or else they have appropriate remedies for the same.

6.

In such an eventuality, Mr.Thakare, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. As such, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.

7.

Needless to clarify that we have not heard and expressed any opinion on merit of the matter. (Sachin S. Deshmukh, J.) (Nitin W. Sambre, J.) Prity
