These four writ petitions arise out of the orders passed by the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ralegaon, district Yavatmal (trial Court) in four suits bearing Regular Civil Suit Nos. 70/2016, 71 of 2016, 72 of 2016 and 73 of 2016. While the respondents in Writ Petition No.3833 of 2017 have filed Regular Civil Suit No. 73 of 2016, the other three suits are filed by the petitioners in Writ Petition No.3833 of 2017. By the impugned order, the appellate Court I.e. District Court, Yavatmal, has decided the appeals arising out of applications for temporary injunction filed in the four suits.

While issuing notice in these four writ petitions

WP3833-17&ors..odt on 22.06.2017, this Court had directed the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the agricultural land which was subject matter of these four writ petitions. 3.

The rival parties claimed to be in possession of the suit properties. The learned counsel for the parties agree that it would be in the interest of justice that the four suits pending before the trial Court are decided finally, so as to put an end to the dispute between the parties. In that view of the matter, it is directed that the interim order dated 22.06.2017 passed by this Court directing the parties to maintain status quo in respect of the said agricultural land, shall continue to operate till the disposal of the aforesaid four suits pending before the trial Court. The trial Court shall dispose of the said suits expeditiously and in any case within a period of one year from today.
