By the present writ petition, the petitioner sought relief of parole to attend the marriage. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits on the instructions from the authorities that in view of the order passed by this Court on 24.05.2016, the petitioner was released on parole and he has already availed the facility of parole.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be surrendering before the jail authorities on 12.06.2016. In that view of the matter, no orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of.
