By this application, the applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 213 days in challenging the judgment dated 14.03.2018 in LAC No. 203/2012.

Learned AGP for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has opposed the application on the ground that no sufficient ground has been made out.

I have perused the records and considered the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the

respective parties. The reasons for delay are stated to be time taken for obtaining certified copy of the judgment and opinion of the concerned officer. Considering the reason stated in the application, delay is condoned subject to cost of Rs. 5000/- to be paid to Vidarbha Lady Lawyers Association.

Appeal be registered after paying cost of Rs. 5000/- and removing office objection, if any. 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant states that entire amount of

compensation along with interest has been deposited before this Court. In the light of the said statement, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment is stayed till the disposal of the appeal. 9.
