DATED : AUGUST 09, 2021 Mr. Mahesh Rai, learned counsel has filed Criminal Application (APPP) No 1283/2021 in Criminal Application (APPLN) Nos.32/2021 and Criminal Application (APPP) No 1282/2021 in Criminal Application (APPLN) No.31/2021, for withdrawal of his vakalatnama. This Court is informed that Mr. S.D.Chande, learned counsel is appearing on behalf of the applicant in the aforesaid Criminal Application (APPLN) Nos.32/2021 and 31/2021.

For the reasons stated in the said applications, the same are allowed.

Criminal Application (APPP) No.1276/2021 in Criminal Application (APPLN) No. 32 of 2021 This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking permission to amend the prayer clause and to replace a document filed along with the application.

It appears that some error occurred in the Criminal Application (APPLN) No.32/2021, so far as prayer clause is concerned and the relevant document annexed.

For the reasons sated in the application, the same is allowed.

Amendment be carried out within one week.

The respondent No.3 has already entered appearance. The learned counsel for the applicant shall serve amended copy on the respondent No.3. The learned APP informs that although office note shows that the respondent No.2 is yet to be served, there is material in her custody indicating that the respondent No.2 is also served. Hence, list for further consideration on 18/08/2021.

The learned APP states that the respondent No.2 is also served, although office note shows that he is yet to be served.
