Looking to the amount of commensuration awarded and deposited in this Court to the tune of Rs.56,00,000/- by the Insurance Company, we think the amount not more than 25% thereof should be allowed to be withdrawn. Hence, we make the following order. ORDER.

Civil Application No.1377 of 2015 is disposed of allowing the respondents - claimants to withdraw the 25% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking on affidavit. JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
