The present appeal is filed against the interim order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No.739/2015, dated 4.1.2018.

The learned counsel for the appellant today placed on record the status of M.A.C.P. No.739/2015 obtained from the website of E-Court. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

It is seen from the documents that the matter has been compromised in the Lok Adalat and accordingly claim petition came to be disposed of on 23.7.2023.

In view of disposal, no one is appearing in the matter on behalf of respondent no.1-claimant.

According to me, in view of subsequent fact i.e. compromise in Lok-Adalat, the present appeal become infructuous. Hence, the present appeal is disposed of as infructuous. 6.
The appellant is at liberty to withdraw the statutory as well as no fault liability amount deposited before this court along with interest accrued thereon.
