The claimants have filed application pointing out that respondent No.2 - Sheru Bholu Tote is dead. Accepting the explanation given in the applications, legal representatives of respondent No.2 are permitted to come on record. The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed accordingly. The appellant to amend the cause title forthwith.

C.A.F. NO.1467/2018 The amount deposited by the appellant corporation alognwith interest on it be transmitted to the joint account of the claimants. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
