By these writ petitions, the petitioners have sought a direction to the respondent-Corporation to take appropriate action for removal of the unauthorized structure/construction complained of, in the housing society.
The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the orders passed by this court from time to time, the respondent-Corporation has taken appropriate steps to remove
wp3407.13+1 2/2 the unauthorized construction/structure complained of in the housing society, specially after the petitioners had filed the contempt petition for initiating action against the officers of the Corporation. It is stated that almost all the unauthorized structures/construction complained of, have been removed. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the writ petitions and the same are disposed of with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE KHUNTE
