The only prayer made in the writ petition is to decide the petitioner's application for regularisation dated 08.02.2023.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation that the said proposal has been decided on 22.05.2023 and the same has been rejected. Against that adjudication, the petitioner has approached the Civil Court and the Civil Suit is pending.

In view of the aforesaid, since the only prayer made in the writ petition stands satisfied, the writ petition is disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to prosecute the Civil Suit in accordance with law. Similarly, the petitioner is free to make a prayer as made in Civil Application No.1619/2023 before the Civil Court. If the Civil Court has jurisdiction to consider the said prayer, it is free to do so in

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
