DATED : 21-06-2016 Heard Shri S.M. Vaishnav, Advocate for the petitioners (President and Member of Society administering the school), Shri P.S. Patil, Advocate for the respondent No.4 and Shri H.R. Dhumale, Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The petitioners have challenged the decision of the Education Officer upholding the claim of the respondent No.4 regarding her seniority over Shri Surendra Jathal.

In my view, the petitioners have no locus to raise the challenge, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. As the petition is not entertained on the ground of locus of the petitioners, the challenges raised on behalf of the petitioners are not adverted to. JUDGE adgokar
