The prayer for grant of early hearing is rejected. However, since the petitioner is still in service and is working as a Shikshan Sevak with effect from 26/02/2010, we are inclined to grant interim relief in favour of the petitioner, in the changed scenario.

We direct the respondent No.1-Akola Municipal Corporation, Akola to pay the salary of Assistant Teacher to the petitioner from February, 2016 and continue to pay her the salary in the scale of Assistant Teacher, during the pendency of the writ petition.
