These two applications are for condonation of delay of 105 days in filing the accompanying appeals arising from a common order dated 10th July, 2015 relating to Assessment Year 2007-2008. The impugned order of tribunal had disposed of two appeals one filed by Revenue and the other of the applicant - Assessee. Thus, two applications for condonation in two appeals filed by the Assessee. 2.

We have perused the application and are satisfied with the reason stated therein for delay in filing accompanying appeals from comman order of the Tribunal dated 10th July, 2015. 3.

Accordingly, these appeals for condonation delay are allowed.
