Ms. Sapkal, learned Counsel for the petitioner, fairly admits the statement made on behalf of respondent no.3 and states that the issue is answered against the petitioner by the said judgment.

In view of the aforesaid, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 16/10/2015 in Writ Petition No.2440/2014 and others, we dispose of this writ petition with no order as to costs.
