JULY 29, 2025 1) The applicants/respondents, through a Power of Attorney holder, respondent No.3, have filed this application to direct the appellant to deposit the entire awarded amount, along with interest, in the Court. It is also contended that the First Appeal No.729/2006 was dismissed by a common judgment dated 22/11/2017. The appellant has not complied with the said order; therefore, the contempt petition was filed in the year 2022, which was disposed of on 16/03/2022. However, till date, the appellant has neither complied with the said order nor deposited the balance compensation amount in the Court. 2) Having considered the same, the application is allowed as prayed. The appellant is directed to deposit the balance compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon in this Court within two weeks, i.e. till 12/08/2025; failing which, the Court will be constrained to initiate appropriate
