The appeal is admitted by this Court on 24th May, 2016. This application is pending since then as the copies of depositions of witnesses were not filed. The appellant filed copies of depositions alongwith pursis dated 19th September, 2016.

The appeal is of 2016. The appeals of 2016 are on hearing parties board.

After examining the material on record, primafacie, I am not inclined to consider the prayer made in the application.
