AUGUST 13, 2025 1) Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that it has already deposited an excess amount of Rs. 1808/- in the Court and accordingly, has filed pursis dated 07/08/2025; therefore, it has already complied with the order dated 29/07/2025, for which learned counsel for the respondent has disputed.

2) However, if any dispute arises in respect of the calculation of the amount, the respondent No.1 is at liberty to file an execution proceeding or appropriate proceedings to recover the disputed amount.
