We find on a reading of the impugned order and on a consideration of the facts of the case that the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, more so, when this Court had refused to grant interim relief in favour of the petitioners herein.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
