Heard Shri Shinde, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. T. Udeshi, learned AGP for the respondents, who appears by waiving notice for the respondents.
In similar matters, this court has condoned the delay by accepting the submission made on behalf of the claimant/appellant that the claimant shall not claim any interest on the enhanced compensation, if any, for the delay period. Therefore, I am of the view that, this application being similar in nature, also deserves to be allowed.
Application is accordingly allowed.
