The non-applicants/respondents have filed civil application for extension of stay of effect and operation of the judgment and order dated 23.04.2024 to challenge the judgment and order before the Hon'ble Apex Court. 3.

Learned counsel for non-applicants has submitted that the effect and operation of the said judgment was stayed for the period of three weeks from the date of order, which is expiring today. The learned counsel for applicants/petitioners objected to extend the time. Learned counsel for applicants has made statement that non-applicants (respondents) will not proceed with assessment, till extended period. 4.

Four weeks time is granted to the non-applicants to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court.
