By order dated 5-1-2016, the appeal was referred for mediation. A report has been filed dated 29-2-2016 stating therein that mediation proceedings have been successful. The respondent Nos.1 to 3 are held entitled to receive total compensation of Rs.1,95,000/- including the amount of no fault liability.
The Pursis dated 26-2-2016 has been signed by the appellant and the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
In view of aforesaid, the appeal is disposed of in terms of Pursis dated 26-2-2016. The respondent Nos.1 to 3 would be entitled to withdraw the amounts as mentioned in para 3 of the pursis. The appellant would be entitled to withdraw the amount as mentioned in para 4 of the pursis. The First Appeal is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
