This application is filed by applicant/ appellant for condonation of 19 days' delay in preferring first appeal.
Ms. Salwankar, learned Counsel for applicant, has submitted that applicant has suffered amputation of left hand from wrist in an accident and he is facing financial hardship and in that background, could not take necessary steps to file first appeal within stipulated period of 90 days.
Ms. Hanwate, learned Counsel for respondent, has opposed the application contending that no sufficient ground is put forth for condonation of delay.
