Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith and heard the learned counsel for the parties.

One of the prayers made in the writ petition is for a direction to be issued to the respondents to carry out joint measurement in Survey Nos. 36 and 39 Mouza-Gumgaon, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur. The petitioner's request in that regard is pending with the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Saoner. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that such joint measurement could be carried out by the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Saoner.

Accordingly, the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Saoner is directed to conduct joint measurement of Survey Nos. 36 and 39 Mouza-Gumgaon, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur on 9th July, 2022 at 11.30 a.m. The petitioner shall remain present and assist the said Authority in undertaking joint measurement. Report in that regard be prepared by the Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Saoner and

Till such joint measurement is carried out and report in the regard is submitted, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 03.06.2022 passed by the respondent no.3. The office of the learned Government Pleader to communicate this order to the Taluka Inspector Land Records, Saoner.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
