Panditkar, Advocate for the petitioners. Shri N.R. Patil, A.G.P. for respondent Nos.2 to 6. CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J.

DATED : 12.6.2019.

The petitioners have challenged the interlocutory order passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, rejecting the application filed by them praying that stay granted earlier in favour of the respondent No.1 be vacated. The proceedings are in respect of mutation of names of parties in the revenue records.

In the facts of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the interlocutory order. However, in my view, interests of justice would be sub-served by directing the Divisional Commissioner to dispose the revision till 15th January, 2020. Order accordingly.

The writ petition is disposed. No costs.

JUDGE Tambaskar.
