Learned A.G.P. was directed to inquire as to within how much time the appeal will be decided by respondent No.1. 3.

Learned A.G.P. submits that the appeal will be decided within two weeks from today.

Since, the appeal is being decided finally within two weeks, purpose of petition will be served if the statement made by the learned A.G.P. is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. 5.

Order accordingly. If the proceedings are not decided within two weeks from today, order impugned shall stand vacated. The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.1 on 09.05.2025. Respondent No.1 shall also intimate the other respondents of the date fixed by this Court and call upon them to appear before him. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
